  Virginia State Police report that one person was killed Friday morning when a tour bus belonging to Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus overturned. The 16-year-old singer was not onboard, The Associated Press reports. Share According to Sgt. Thomas Molnar, the bus crashed around 8:15 A.M. on Interstate 85, 40 miles outside Richmond, VA.
